1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fillipa's Google Ads optimization platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fillipa provides an AI-powered platform for optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Our Service includes campaign performance analytics, AI-generated optimization suggestions, keyword recommendations, competitor analysis, and brand asset management. The Service requires you to connect your Google Ads account and grant us permission to access your advertising data.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Register for an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Google Ads Account Connection

By connecting your Google Ads account to Fillipa, you:

• Authorize us to access your Google Ads data through Google's official Ads API using OAuth 2.0
• Represent that you have the authority to grant such access to the connected account(s)
• Agree to Google's Terms of Service and API Terms of Service
• Acknowledge that we are not responsible for any actions taken by Google regarding your account
• Understand that you can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or Fillipa settings
• Consent to Fillipa reading campaign data, performance metrics, keywords, and ad content for analysis purposes
• Acknowledge that Fillipa stores this data securely to provide optimization services

5. AI-Generated Suggestions

Our Service provides AI-generated optimization suggestions based on your campaign data. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions are recommendations only and do not guarantee improved performance
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and implementing any suggestions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from implementing suggestions
• You should use your own judgment when making advertising decisions

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy as stated on our pricing page

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal advertising or fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fillipa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service, but grant us a license to use such data to provide and improve the Service.

9. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload to the Service, including brand assets, business descriptions, and any other materials. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILLIPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, OR ANY ADVERTISING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR SUGGESTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fillipa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
